Review the refund eligibility and billing dispute policy for PlayerIntel Labs paid access.
Last updated May 31, 2026PlayerIntel Labs currently offers Pro access as a one-time digital purchase. This policy describes the approach to refund requests and billing concerns for paid access.
Digital service nature
PlayerIntel Labs provides digital analytics and generated market intelligence. Because digital services may be delivered or consumed immediately, refunds are not guaranteed after a report, Pro benefit or paid usage allocation has been used.
Pro access period
A Pro purchase provides 30 days of access and the included credit allocation shown at checkout. The current Pro purchase does not renew automatically. Future subscription products, if introduced, will be clearly labeled before purchase.
Expiration
Because the current Pro purchase is not recurring, there is no subscription to cancel. Pro access remains available through the end of the paid 30-day period unless otherwise stated.
Refund eligibility
Refund requests will be reviewed reasonably and in accordance with applicable law. Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, billing errors, or material service failures that prevent meaningful use. Requests should be submitted promptly after the relevant charge.
Billing disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we can investigate. Include the account email, transaction date, charged amount, and a description of the issue.
